Your Trade Benefits

Approved trade members receive exclusive discounts on our full range of No Chintz fabrics, trims, tassels, and No Chintz Cushion Covers (excluding cushion inserts), accessed automatically when you log into your trade account online. No coupon codes, no friction, just trade pricing as marked. Fabric swatches are available at a nominal cost with free shipping, so you can touch and compare before you commit to a project.

Once your application is approved, you'll be assigned a trade account and can shop immediately at trade prices.

Orders can be shipped to your studio or collected from your nearest No Chintz store in Mosman, Willoughby or Woollahra.

How long will it take for my trade application to be processed?

Applications take 8-10 days to process. Once the application is approved you will be sent a confirmation email and assigned an online trade account. Once logged in you will get automatic access to Trade exclusive prices and benefits. Trade prices only apply to selected products which are visible once logged into your trade account. Trade prices are as marked and no coupon code will be required.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping to trade approved customers. Once you're signed into your online trade account shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Can you make one of your fabrics in a custom colour?

We also offer a made to order service, if you' re interested in large quantities of fabric or you would like to produce one of our fabrics in custom colours. We require a minimum quantity of 50 metres per style/colour, the turn around time is approximately 3 months. For further details please contact lisa@nochintz.com

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases once fabric and trims have been cut. If you are unsure of the fabric colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a swatch before ordering the fabric. We do not offer a refund for change of mind when purchasing cushion covers, we only offer a credit note. If the product is damaged in transit we will refund or replace the product at our expense. All returned products must be received within 7 days of delivery.

I received my fabric and it looks like it has an imperfection, can I return it?

The nature of natural fibres such as cotton and hand weaving methods mean that a certain number of slight imperfections can and will occasionally occur. Such imperfections are considered a normal part of the fabric and should not be seen as flaws or defects. These normal variations cannot be returned, repaired or exchanged.

No Chintz Trade Program Terms & Conditions: Trade discount is not valid with any other offer and applies to select online fabrics, cushions and trims. A minimum purchase of 1 metre per fabric/trim is required. Fabric and Trim is sold in 1 metre increments. The offer does not apply to designer fabrics, selected designer cushion covers and cushion inserts. Collection of goods can be arranged from your nearest No Chintz store. From the shipping options at checkout please select which store you would like to collect your order from. The trade discount is not redeemable for cash. No Chintz reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted online as changed Terms & Conditions.
